If there is an issue with your order, refunds are processed immediately and can only be issued to the original method of payment. It may take your bank up to 7 business days to credit the refund to your account. If all or part of your order was placed using a Thursday ReBoots gift card, a new e-gift card will be issued to the email address associated with the order.
